Tax Code Software Foundation :: Tax Code Council
The Tax Code Council ("TCC") is defined in Article VIII Paragraph 1 of the By Laws of the Tax Code Software Foundation. The TCC to provides technical advice to the Corporation, to approve changes to the Tax Code Software, and to oversee and direct the activities of certain Tax Code Interest Groups. The individuals on the Tax Code Council shall be elected by an affirmative vote of a majority of the Members of the Corporation voting, at each annual meeting of the Members. The Board of Directors and initial Members of TCSF are currently the only Members of the Tax Code Council.
